CJ Tool & Mouldings was first established in 2007 and remains in the West Midlands today. Our aim is to provide a customer centred and personal approach to plastic injection moulding. We pride ourselves on delivering superior plastic products to meet our customer’s needs.
The design process for plastic injection moulding is fundamental to the successful production of plastic products. At CJ Tool & Mouldings our in-house designers ensure the design of your product can be manufactured to meet your requirements and budget. We offer different levels of prototypes upon request from our plant in the West Midlands.
The next stage when manufacturing plastic products is tooling. We’re proud to have our own on-site tool-room, here in the West Midlands. This enables us to manufacture new tooling and carry out repairs, refurbishments and modifications to existing mould tools.
Following on from tooling, it’s time to mould your plastic products. Our moulding facility within the West Midlands, comprises of a wide range of moulding machines, ranging in size and supported by the latest ancillary equipment.
