TOOLING FOR INJECTION MOULDING

CJ Tool and Mouldings has its own in-house tool-room where we manufacture new tooling and can carry out refurbishments and modifications of existing injection moulding tools.

By offering an in-house tool room, we have the ability to manage the whole manufacturing process in-house. This not only protects quality but if a tool requires repair we can fix it on-site immediately, minimizing production down-time.

Such repairs are minimised by regular tool servicing something we are always keen to develop with our clients. Our fully equipped tool room ensures the cost of tooling is kept to a minimum and all standard maintenance tool work can be carried out on-site.

OPTIONS 

Having the moulding and tooling facility under one roof reduces development time, lead time to market and overall project costs. This also means that market critical data does not have to be shared with numerous sub-contractors and we are happy to comply with Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA’s).
