CJ Tool and Mouldings Logo

CJ Tool and Mouldings are long established manufacturers who offer a customer centred personal approach. We present a full range of plastic injection moulding services delivered through an experienced team and state of the art plastic moulding machines.

How our plastic moulding machines work

The injection moulding machine is firstly fed plastic granules which are then heated until they’ve melted. These are then injected into a mould. The plastic moulding machine will therefore require delicate management ensuring the correct temperature is set to melt the plastic in use. If the temperature is too low not all the granules will melt and if it’s set too high the quality of the plastic maybe compromised.

Plastic moulding machines combined with experienced staff

With over 30 year’s injection moulding experience our staff have developed the technical experience required totruly care for protect and manage the plastic within the plastic moulding machine. We ensure our delivery is second to none, minimalising plastic wastage and maximising plastic quality. Through using CJ Tool and Mouldings we can guarantee a smooth injection moulding process from design to assembly whilst tailoring to your individual needs.

Are the plastic moulding machines flexible?

CJ Tool and Mouldings set no limitations to design, through working with our design team we can guide you through the whole process ensuring that your requirements are met and if not exceeded. We can achieve this through the machining process in which moulds can be positioned vertically or horizontally depending on the size and type of finish required. This puts us at an advantage over other injection moulding companies as we can push boundaries within the designing process right through to the ejection stage.
